The contemporary menu showcases elegantly prepared, simple classics with a clean profile and a leaning toward South African flavours. Dishes include Lobster & Prawn Vol-au-Vent, Butternut Carpaccio and Calamari Mozambique, as well as the famous Baked Alaska – to name a few. Also within the space is African Lounge, inspired by the tented safari camps of Africa, serving savoury nibbles and exquisite pastries, Collective Africa, a luxury retail concept.
