The exotic taste of Peru has arrived to Abu Dhabi launching at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island, the capital’s leading luxury lifestyle and dining destination, further enhancing The Dining Collection portfolio.

Serving contemporary Peruvian cuisine with a Latin American flair, COYA Abu Dhabi is also home to a colourful Pisco lounge and library. COYA offers The Galleria visitors a multi-dimensional dining experience with a DJ on the decks, creating a modern, up-tempo atmosphere for guests to enjoy into the night as they overlook the stunning waterfront Promenade.

Famous, distinctive COYA dishes include the Tiradito de Serviola, the Peruvian raw fish classic, mixed with truffle oil and chives, along with an array of Ceviche, anticuchos (marinated skewers fired on a charcoal grill), as well as a galore of meat and poultry dishes. The worldwide COYA gastronomical delight, Chilean Seabass is cooked in an impressive brassa (an open charcoal grill), while the arroz (rice) is cooked in a stylish style iron pot.  COYA Abu Dhabi is sure to impress the taste buds of all.
