ADMAF supports victims of trafficking by creating art initiatives to boost their confidence, optimism and self-esteem. For a period of 4 months, 15 residents of Ewa’a Shelters for Victims of Human Trafficking in Abu Dhabi were given access to professional material along with one-on-one art classes with the professional artists: Jennifer Simon, Kate Carter and Isabelle Alves to create different works of art. Seven art workshops were delivered at Ewa’a Shelters for Victims of Human Trafficking in Abu Dhabi. Another nine workshops were delivered by professional artists from L’Atelier des Arts at their studios in Abu Dhabi.
The artworks were produced during 16 workshops which are exhibited and sold at Silent Voices V taking place at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi April 9th -13th, and the proceeds were donated to Ewa’a Shelters.
